Shopping with DIGICO.CO.UK

The terms and conditions of this website comply with the new Distance Selling Regulations and are designed to ensure that all of our customers can shop safely and with confidence when purchasing.

Shopping Online

  • You can order any product which is displayed on this website on-line.
  • Should a product be listed with an incorrect price, either due to a typographical error or as a result of an error in pricing information given to us by either a manufacturer or supplier, we have the right to refuse or cancel the order. We will inform you of this error and offer you the option to cancel the order. Should your credit card have been debited before the error has been noted we will refund the amount to the value of the incorrect price and delivery charges where applicable.
  • If you wish cancel the contract after the 7th workings day of receiving the product there will be a cancellation charge (please contact for more details)
  • Canceling an order must be done via TELEPHONE so that we can confirm the cancellation. An email will be generated within 24hrs to confirm the refund. If this does not happen then please contact us again.
Payment

  • You can pay by Visa, MasterCard. Switch, Solo or Visa Delta debit card. To ensure that shopping on-line is secure, your credit/debit details will be encrypted to minimize the possibility of someone being able to read your details as they are sent to us over the Internet.
  • We DO NOT accept foreign cards. If we receive any orders the transaction amount will be refunded within 10 working days, we will not be responsible for any loss. We try to ensure that prices displayed are accurate, but we will need to validate the price before we process your order. We also aim only to display items which are in stock and which can be dispatched to you quickly.
  • If we are unable to supply a particular item which you have ordered or if the correct price for an item is different from the price on your order, we will notify you as soon as we receive your order. If this happens, you may cancel your order and we will refund you any money that you have paid.
Pricing

  • All prices are in £ sterling, inclusive of VAT at 17.5% and inclusive of delivery charges unless an extra delivery charge occurs. The prices quoted on this website are only valid for Internet sales only but if you wish to purchase from one of the stores please make it clear to one of the staff in store that you are an online customer.
Delivery

  • We can deliver goods to destinations within the Mainland UK Only. This Only Includes ENGLAND, SCOTLAND and WALES
  • If we feel that goods cannot be delivered to a set destination we can refuse the right to do so.
  • We aim to deliver goods within 5 working days (we cannot specify a time). However we cannot be liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery. If the goods are not delivered within the delivery time that we quote for that item, please contact us by email. WE WILL TRY AND ENSURE THAT YOU RECEIVE YOUR ORDER, AS QUICKLY AS POSSIBLE.
  • Please note television deliveries are often made by 1 delivery driver only. Please make arrangements to assist the delivering driver to safely off-load the goods when receiving delivery. We recommend that only able body persons assist the delivery driver as some sets can be up to 80kgs in weight.
  • Deliveries to flats/apartments will often only be made to ground floor only. Please therefore make your own removal arrangements when transporting goods from drop-off to your required point of designation
  • SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS - please allow up to 14 days and confirmation for special order items, please call for further details, Contact Details.
  • Saturday delivery is available at a further option. Deliveries are between 9.00 am and 4.00pm, extra charges are applicable. Please enquire for Saturday or NEXT DAY delivery option by calling or Emailing our staff, Contact Details.
  • If our courier cannot deliver your goods due to there being no one to accept them, there will be a handling charge.
V12 Finance Orders

  • Once you have placed an order via V12 finance it cannot be amended in any way due to the nature of the order. The price and items stated at the time of ordering will be applicable. You will be informed of stock and availability once the credit has been approved and the agreement must be received by the finance company. The delivery options start once we have processed your order, as a website we are not responsible in anyway for any errors caused by V12 finance. If your finance order is cancelled after 7 days of receipt of goods there is a £39 administration charge. For further information contact us
Warranty & Returns

  • All goods are covered by a 12 month return to base MANUFACTUER warranty at your own cost.
  • If you wish to cancel your order prior to dispatch, you must contact us within 24hours of placing the order. Please note that orders that have already been processed will be subject to an delivery charge.
  • In the unlikely event of your goods being delivered faulty or damaged, you must contact us as soon as reasonably practical in order for us to arrange for a replacement or possibly a refund. Please do ensure that all products are checked as soon as they arrive.
  • Goods mishandled or if any accessories are missing cannot be exchanged or credited.
  • We are not responsible for your own shipping costs when returning items to us. We will in turn be responsible for the cost of shipping items back to you.
  • Any goods returned (after the seven day cooling off period) that were purchased in error will be subject to handling and re-stocking charges of 20% of the original goods value.
  • Any goods returned under warranty and tested not faulty will be subject to a handling charge of 15% of the original good value before return shipping.
  • In accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations, an order can be cancelled within 7 working days starting the day after delivery. We require the item boxed with all original packaging. The product should be in unused and in perfect condition, whereby a refund will be provided less the costs of carriage. The goods have to be sent back at your own cost.
Extended Warranty (Domestic & General)

  • For your peace of mind, we offer good value Extended warranties from Domestic & General Insurance for a total of up to 5 years cover. The premiums for these warranties can be found on our product pages and an added benefit is the inclusion of accidental damage. You are covered by an insurance company who have over 4 million policyholders
DVD Players

  • All DVD players which have been modified to multi region are no longer guaranteed by the manufacturer, however we honor the guarantee for 1 Year (Parts and Labor). Our qualified in house service engineers will provide you with exactly the same service that the manufacturer would.
  • Before purchasing a DVD Player WITHOUT a Scart socket, please make sure that your TV is RGB or NTSC Compatible. TV's without RGB or NTSC compatibility will not play region 1 DVD films in full color, however region 2 (UK) films will play in full color.
Our responsibility

  • We will not be responsible for any losses resulting from your use or the inability to use our website or resulting from unauthorized access to, or alteration of your transmissions or data in circumstances which are beyond our control.
  • We will not be responsible for your loss of profits, wasted expenditure, corruption or destruction of data or any other loss which does not directly result from something we have done wrong.
  • You will be responsible if you use this website in breach of these terms of use and will reimburse us for any loss that you cause to us as a result of your misuse.
  • We are not responsible to you if we are unable to provide out internet services for any reason beyond our control.
  • All products supplied from our website are fully tested before shipping. Our goal is to satisfy our consumers 100%, so the time and effort to individually test each product is an important part of achieving that goal.
E-mails

  • All E-mails sent via the contact us link on the website will be responded to within 24 working hours of receiving them.
  • If you wish to make any comments about the service which you have received then please address them via email or directly over the phone to a enquiry representative.
Refunds

  • All Refund will be processed within 14 working days of cancellation, whereby a E-mail will be sent confirming that the refund has been processed and for what amount.
General

  • We endeavor to respond to complaints within five working days
  • We may change withdraw any part of our website, or may refuse you access to the website at any time if we consider it necessary
